1. Services
Arifzaaman.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides website design, development, and related digital services to clients (“you”, “your”) as described in an agreed project scope, quote, or proposal. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
2. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of a project. Timelines depend on how quickly feedback, content, and approvals are received from your side. Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend the delivery date accordingly.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or in milestones as outlined in the project agreement. Work may be paused if payments are not received on schedule.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed before the project starts. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately at our standard rate.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final website design and custom content created specifically for your project. Any third-party assets (stock photos, plugins, fonts, or licensed tools) remain subject to their original licensing terms. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit and any work completed up to that point are non-refundable. Refund requests for undelivered work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, content, and feedback required to complete the project. Delays caused by missing information or unresponsiveness are not the responsibility of Arifzaaman.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver reliable, well-tested websites, but we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered website, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Confidentiality
Any confidential business information shared during a project will be kept private and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Post-Launch Support
Ongoing maintenance and support after launch are offered separately and are not automatically included unless specified in your project agreement.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication in good faith before pursuing other remedies.
12. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
